Citizenship & residency advisory
Considered counsel on where your family can belong next.
We advise individuals, families and business owners on citizenship and residency by investment — assessing eligibility, comparing jurisdictions honestly, and preparing applications that stand up to scrutiny.
The firm
Investment migration is a long-term decision about family, mobility and security — not a transaction. We work with a small number of clients at a time, and we would rather tell you a programme is wrong for you than sell it to you.
Based in Dubai and advising internationally, we guide clients through eligibility assessment, jurisdiction comparison, documentation and application coordination with the authorised parties in each programme.
Selected programmes
Jurisdictions we are advising on now
A short, curated selection rather than an exhaustive directory. Every figure shown has been verified against an official source and carries the date it was last checked.
Programme records are being prepared
We publish a programme only once its investment thresholds, fees and requirements have been verified against official government sources. Speak to an advisor in the meantime.
Speak to an advisorHow we work
A deliberate process, in six stages
Each engagement follows the same disciplined sequence. Timelines differ by programme and by the authority reviewing your file.
-
01
Initial consultation
A confidential conversation about your objectives, family and timeline.
-
02
Assessment
We review your circumstances against the eligibility criteria of each candidate programme.
-
03
Engagement and due diligence
Formal engagement, followed by the background checks every credible programme requires.
-
04
Documentation
We prepare and quality-check the full document set before anything is submitted.
-
05
Application coordination
Your file is lodged through the authorised agent or channel for that jurisdiction.
-
06
Government review and decision
The competent authority decides. We keep you informed and respond to any queries.
Before you compare
Citizenship and residency are not the same thing
They are different legal statuses with different rights, obligations and risks. Any advisor who uses the terms interchangeably is not worth listening to.
Citizenship
Full legal nationality of a state.
- Confers a passport and the right to live, work and vote as a national, subject to that state's law
- Generally permanent and, in most programmes, transferable to future generations
- Requires rigorous due diligence; some states restrict or prohibit dual nationality
- Can carry tax, military-service or disclosure obligations that must be reviewed in advance
Residency
A right to reside, granted for a defined period.
- Permits residence and, depending on the programme, work or study — but not nationality
- Usually renewable, and conditional on continuing to meet the programme's requirements
- May open a route to citizenship after a qualifying period — this is never automatic or guaranteed
- Often involves minimum physical-presence obligations that citizenship routes do not
Comparison tool
Compare up to three programmes, side by side
Investment routes, government fees, family eligibility, residence obligations and processing expectations — drawn from our verified records, with gaps shown as gaps rather than filled with estimates.
In confidence
Begin with a conversation, not an application
Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will tell you candidly which programmes are realistic, which are not, and what the process would involve. Enquiries are treated confidentially and we never ask for identity or financial documents at this stage.
